2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

In accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions, you have the right to cancel your agreement and return the product within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

This 14-day period begins on the date of your purchase transaction. If you are not satisfied with AppoBase for any reason, you can request a full refund within this period.

Subscription Services

You may cancel your subscription and request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Upon cancellation:

  • Full refund available if requested within 14 days of purchase
  • You will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period
  • Your subscription will not auto-renew after the current period ends
  • After 14 days, you can still cancel but refunds are at our discretion

7-Day Free Trial

All plans include a 7-day free trial period:

  • You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged
  • If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment will be processed
  • After the trial period, your subscription will automatically begin
  • The 14-day refund period starts from your first payment, not from the trial start date

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day period, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Order number or transaction ID from your receipt
  • Date of purchase

For enterprise annual plans paid via wire transfer, refunds may take 10-15 business days

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • To cancel a subscription purchased through Paddle, you must contact us at least 48 hours before the renewal date
  • Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period
  • No cancellation fees apply

6. Disputes and Chargebacks
